Erin Schutte Wadzinski serves as the Director of the Yale Young Global Scholars Program. Upon graduation from Yale College, Erin was awarded the Woodbridge Fellowship to work in Yale’s Office of International Affairs. She has spent the past five years spearheading the expansion of the Yale Young Global Scholars Program and oversees the six on-campus sessions as well as the YYGS session in Singapore and Beijing and the Yale Young African Scholars Program. During college, Erin worked in varying capacities at the United Nations and the U.S. State Department, focusing on issues ranging from climate change and sustainable development to counter-terrorism and economic sanctions. Erin is currently pursuing a law degree at the University of Connecticut School of Law, specializing in higher education law and environmental law.
