Doctoral Student in Atmospheric Sciences

Jimmy Gasore is a doctoral student in Atmospheric Sciences at MIT. His work focuses on greenhouse gas emissions estimation and on urban air pollution. He is currently setting up the first high-frequency climate observatory station on the African continent which will be located atop Mount Karisimbi in the Republic of Rwanda. He has a Bsc. in Physics from the University of Rwanda, where he is also an Assistant Lecturer in the Physics Department.
