Rebekah Westphal

Rebekah Westphal, originally from England, completed her BA in Music and English Literature from Bennington College, and has an MA in Musicology from McGill University.  Rebekah was on the faculty at The Music School of the Rhode Island Philharmonic and performed professionally with vocal ensembles across the US before she joined Yale’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions in 2005.  She is currently the Director of International Admissions for Yale College (with particular emphasis on Africa and Europe) and lectures regularly around the world on issues surrounding international student recruitment and support. Rebekah serves on the Higher Education Advisory Committee for Cambridge International Examinations and is a Freshman Advisor and Fellow in Berkeley College at Yale.
