COVID-19 Update

Admitted students must be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccines as defined by the World Health Organization. If you are offered admission to the residential program for YYAS 2023 (happening in Harare, Zimbabwe) and you accept, then you will be required to demonstrate proof of vaccination for COVID-19 by the deadline specified in the student status portal in order to enroll and participate in YYAS.

Additionally, students should note the current policies for arriving in Zimbabwe: “Every person arriving in Zimbabwe will be asked to show valid proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. Those with proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 do not need proof of a negative PCR test to enter Zimbabwe.”
